Concrete Pumping
A concrete pump distributes concrete through a pipeline for precision placement. Truck-mounted pumps, smaller trailer pumps and separate placing booms are three types of distribution methods suited for different demands from the work site and construction process.
Truck-mounted pumps with various boom lengths can place concrete in difficult highway or bridge work, as well as most construction, these pumps are unbeatable in efficiency. With precision placement, truck-mounted pumps offer the most effective way to distribute concrete within the work site. Trailer-Mounted Pumps offer the same reliability and efficiency of the larger pumps, but also provide additional mobility under tight work site conditions. From mining to backyard deck work these amazing machines can fulfil almost any task.
Separate Placing Booms mount to most surfaces and deliver concrete from the pump throughout the work area. From high-rise buildings to oil rigs, placing booms provide unique flexibility.
Equipment
Line Pumping
Small lines allow block fill, grouting and other small jobs to be performed with a minimum of labour and cleanup. Smaller walls, mezzanines and other inside elevated work can be done easily.
Truck-Mounted Boom Pumping
Auscrete offers truck mounted boom pumps to suit your placement needs. We offer boom sizes from 24 to 28 meters in length, pump speeds from 0 to 90 cubic metres per hour and mix capabilities from 0 to 60mm aggregates.
Concrete Spraying
The most versatile method of concrete spraying, is using the hand spray method. The use of small diameter hoses allow the applicator to apply the concrete to swimming pools, spillways, embankments, concrete repair and similar works with ease and safety.
Truck-Mounted Robotic Spray Pump
Auscrete offers a road registered 4*4 self contained shotcrete plant that is highly mobile. The plant incorporates a shotcrete pump, 250cfm compressor and a nozzle attached to the end of a radio remote controlled extendable boom, with a highly developed robotic head. Giving it a vertical spray reach of up to14 metres and a horizontal reach of 12 metres.
