How the Process Works

1. Free Quote
We offer a free on site consultation, where the building process is explained and an obligation free quote is given.

At this stage we also advise and provide quotes from any subcontractors
which may be required such as Surveyors and Heritage Consultants

2. Schematic
We listen to your requirements and prepare Schematic Design.

3.Developed Design
The Schematic design usually go through a few design changes and until it becomes the Developed Design and is ready for submission to council.

4. Submission to Council
We prepare the Development Application and all the supporting documentation and submit to council, saving our clients time and money.

5.Friendly After Sales Service
We always help all our customers with their Development Applications and address any issues in which the Council may have, we also can help in arranging Builders Quotations and a Owner Builder Advice if required.
