Before you sign off on your final payment, make sure you have your final Completion Report done. This report is totally independent of the builder, ensuring that the builder meets all the required standards and finishes that are required.

All visual inspections are in accordance with AS4349.1 Inspections of Buildings Part1: Property Inspections – Residential Building.
