A & A Solar Pty Ltd is owned and run by husband and wife team Allan and Anne Toovey. We specialize in the design, supply and installation of grid-connected solar photo-voltaic (PV) systems.
Proudly based in Ipswich, we are a family-run business, with “old fashioned values”. We are a part of the community that we service.
At A & A Solar the solar PV system designer is also the installer. Allan Toovey is an experienced electrician and a Clean Energy Council accredited solar PV system designer and installer. This means that he is certified and trained to ensure your system meets industry best practice standards and all relevant Australian Standards.

Bosch Solar Modules come with a 10-year product warranty, and 25-year performance guarantee (90% up to 10 years, 80% up to 25 years).
Lightway Multi crystalline 235W modules (LW235 P1650 x 990)
Manufactured in China, but built for the harsh Australian climate. Lightway modules are engineered to outperform. The modules have a high power tolerance and outstanding low-light performance. They provide reliable high yields and long service life. These Lightway modules come with a 10-year product warranty, a 10-year warranty on 90% output, and a 25-year warranty on 80% output.
CSUN 250-60M
Reliable Chinese modules from one of the “tier-one” manufacturers (where the entire product is made in the one factory). These modules offer excellent value for money. They come with a 5-year hardware warranty, and 25-year output warranty.
Suntech 250 Watt Monocrystalline Solar Module (STP2505-20/Wd; STP2455 – 20/Wd)
