Garden Supplies

  • Browse the local directory for Garden Supplies

If you are planning on redesigning or replanting your garden, you will probably need to visit both a garden supplier and a nursery. If a professional is completing the garden project for you, they will take care of the ordering and delivery of supplies. We have briefly outlined below what you can expect from garden suppliers and nurseries.

Garden Supplies

Garden supplies basically encompass any non-living element in the garden. These may include:

  • Photos courtesy of Simons Seconds and Langlands Landscape SuppliesIrrigation and drainage
  • Water features
  • Lighting
  • Kerbs, pavers, steps etc
  • Fertilizers
  • Soil
  • Rocks
  • Garden edging
  • Mulch
  • Timber, steel etc.

In order to have a garden that is fully functional and aesthetically appealing, it is a good idea to talk to garden suppliers to see exactly what you will need. Take along a rough outline of your garden or your garden design if you have had one professionally drawn up so that the garden supplier is able to visualise all elements of your garden and advise you on the best products.

Good garden supplies places will provide a delivery service, especially for larger items. Always get multiple quotes on materials before selecting a supplier and ensure that they will deliver in a mutually agreeable timeframe. Also enquire if your supplier will provide a removal service for rubbish or excess materials.
