Painting Australia green!
GreenPainters is a non-profit association, working as associate members of Master Painters Association to provide advice, knowledge and skills to help get the best environmentally-friendly, non-toxic coating for painting and decorating projects around Australia. Why use unsustainable, toxic chemical coatings when there are affordable alternatives to almost all conventional paints and coatings? A GreenPainter can help you achieve the look you want while being environmentally sensitive and health-conscious. GreenPainters is an Ecospecifier Industry Partner, and can help your project achieve the Green Building Council's Green Star certification by advising on what products to use. All products we use meet or exceed Australian Standards, meet the Green Star guidelines, or are certified by Good Environmental Choice Australia or European Ecolabel.
With climate change impacting on our water resources, it is important that waste-water can be re-used. Waste water produced by a GreenPainter is recycled, and can be used directly on gardens, without harmful effects to any plants, or groundwater contamination.
