CSR Gyprock® has released Australia’s first 10mm impact resistant plasterboard for walls.
Walls lined with new Gyprock Impactchek™ can provide better protection against everyday knocks and damage so that accidents as a result of child’s play or the impact of a doorknob in the wall may no longer result in a hole in the wall.
When building or extending a home bear in mind that all the aggravation and expense of repairing a damaged wall can be avoided by simply installing Gyprock Impactchek™ plasterboard.
Perfect for walls in high traffic areas in the home, such as the children’s playroom or bedroom, stairwells, or anywhere where impact resistance is required. Gyprock Impactchek™ will not only reduce the likelihood of damage, but extend the life of your walls too.
Gyprock Impactchek™ is a 10mm, high strength plasterboard made from gypsum - a naturally occurring mineral and specially formulated high-strength bonded paper. Combined with an integrated reinforced fibreglass mesh, Gyprock Impactchek™ provides a higher density and more impact resistant plasterboard.
Gyprock Impactchek™ is available in Gyprock® Trade Centres throughout Australia or ask your builder for Gyprock Impactchek™ plasterboard as the preferred wall lining for selected areas in your next new home, extension or renovation.
